GENERAL INFORMATION
While we have taken every care in compiling fixture list/match program, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors. Matches ( dates & kick-off time ) can change without prior notice. All ticket requests must be made in writing by fax or e-mail and are strictly subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, Salta Tours International Ltd will issue an invoice with payment of the booking by return. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed. Should the match be cancelled or postponed, tickets will be valid for the re- arranged date.
Tickets will , in general, be sold in a package including accommodation ( minimum 2 nights). Confirmed accommodation ( individual reservations only ) can be amended or cancelled without charges up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
TICKET COLLECTION / DELIVERY
British Vision - Salta Tours will automatically arrange delivery of the confirmed tickets to the clients hotel at a supplement of £5:00 per booking and a supplement of £ 15:00 if accommodation is not booked through Salta Tours. If the client prefers to collect the tickets at the office of Salta Tours, they must arrive between 09.30 and 17.00 on weekdays and agreed time on Saturdays.

Important information about the booking
We provide tickets to musicals, theatre, concerts, football, sport events. Tickets will be delivered to the clients' hotel in central London at no extra charge (if nothing else is mentioned in our confirmation).
Tickets must be collected from the reception or concierge on the day of arrival. Salta Tours International Ltd can not take responsibility for tickets delivered to the hotel and not collected by the client. It is not possible to change or cancel confirmed tickets.
If your ticket is not available at the reception or concierge desk at your hotel, call British Vision - Salta Tours immediately on: (01932) 23 20 37.
